What's Included

6-Week Work Out Plan
This 6-week workout plan is created by strength and conditioning coach Kara Kilian, M.S! She created a program focused on 3 days of resistance training and 3 days of cardio. The overall goal is to get you back into moving daily! Plus, this program is specifically designed to be utilized by both men and women.
Macro Guidance
During the weekly zoom check-ins we’ll discuss an optimal caloric deficit percentage and how to break this down using your macros.


Meal Ideas
We’ll be posting some meal ideas in our Facebook Group throughout this challenge. While the goal is weight loss, we still want you enjoying food!

Our private Facebook group will provide a space for you to ask questions, post wins, and connect with other challenge members!
